We require a 50% non refundable deposit for any special order. Special orders are any item not typically stocked, custom work, finishing and other items purchased by request.

We require a 25% desposit for all classes when signing up to hold your spot. 100% of the total class fee and full kit will be due 7 daysahead.  We appreciate that one’s schedulecan come under duress and attendance might not be possible in person. We willmake every effort to accommodate your cancellation with 3 days notice.  But if we can’t you will forfeit 50% of theclass fee. Any cancellations less than 3 days prior will incur a 50% nonrefundable service charge.
