Due to the nature of the business, all sales are final. Please choose your purchases carefully.

• There are absolutely no returns on any thread or fiber. 
• Special Orders and Custom work canvases are not returnable.
• Shipping and handling are not refundable ever.
• Gift cards are not refundable and may only be exchanged forin-store merchandise or applied to pre-orders. All other restrictions regarding refunds apply.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We require a 100% non refundable deposit for any special order.

Any special orders are any item not typically stocked, custom work, finishing and other items purchased by request.We require a 50% deposit for all classes when signing up to hold your spot. 100% of the total class fee and full kit will be due 3 days ahead.

We appreciate that one’s schedule can come under duress, and attendance might not be possible in person. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation with 3 days notice.  But if we can’t you will forfeit 50% of the class fee. Any cancellations less than 3 days prior will incur a 50% nonrefundable service charge.
